We’ll also have hands-on activities to enjoy from the Huntsville Botanical Garden, Earthscope, Bill’s Honey Farm, the Huntsville Gem & Mineral Society, the Madison County Extension Office’s Mobile STEM Lab, and other exhibitors. And don’t forget to learn more about birds in our local community by exploring the JVE GATE Bird Trail. We hope to see you there! When: Mondays starting April 13 for Newcomers & March 30th for Returners

3:30–5:15 PM

HHS Wrestling Building (located next to Track & Baseball Field)

All HCMS & HJHS will Bus to HHS (Athletes may be transported by parents too)

All Pick Ups will be at HHS Wrestling Room

Our character word for the month of April is SPORTSMANSHIP. Sportsmanship is fair and generous treatment of others, especially in a sports contest. Sportsmanship is respect for one’s opponent, and graciousness in both winning and losing. Good

sportsmanship builds teamwork and character. It teaches respect, honor, discipline, kindness, inclusion, resilience, perseverance, and so much more. Some examples of sportsmanship include shaking hands, helping an opponent up, encouraging others, and being respectful to everyone including teammates, the opposition, coaches, parents and referees.
