REGISTER FOR SCHOOL

Are your children registered for the upcoming school year? Returning students you should have received a SNAPCODE in your email. For new students, including kindergarten, go to www.huntsvillecityschools.org to enroll. Two forms of "Proof of Residence" are required. We Need you! Watch for all your ways to work with the PTA Board, and our sweet school as the school year starts. There will be an opportunity to join the PTA as a member of our school at Cub community day on August 1st and help love on these sweet kids through the dues that are paid, and fundraisers for our school as we kick off the 2025-2026 school year. We will have many volunteer opportunities available and many more ways for you and your family to help out in large and small ways. Please go to the volunteer page and fill out. our interest form for the new year!

Nurse Jessica will be on campus July 31st for medication drop off!

All medications to be used at school must be registered in the health office, brought in by a parent (not sent with your student) and include an updated doctor's form. For example, inhalers, epi-pens, cough drops, and ointments are all considered medication and must be registered if it needs to be at school. New over-the-counter medication policy: ALL over the counter medicine will require a doctor's form if it will be kept for more than 2 weeks. This includes Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Zyrtec, and Benadryl.

Save the date for these two events to start the school year off. If you are new to JVE (New Student Orientation is a great place to start).

Kindergarten parents on the first day of school please if wanted walk your children to their classroom and then join the other parents for Coffee and Kleenex in the hallway.
